Your Fohen Delivery
Your order will be delivered to your home free of charge by one of our couriers, DX / Parcel Force / Royal Mail (Standard Delivery and Next Day Delivery).
All orders before 15:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
Delivery takes 3-5 working days.

You will receive an email as soon as the order has been fulfilled. You can use the tracking number in the email to track your order.
European Delivery
Whilst our operations continue as normal, there can be delays to countries that have special measures or restrictions in place. All deliveries are recorded and tracked. Should you need any help, feel free to call our helpful customer service team on 0808 196 2480.
Please note - We are delivering to Ireland, however, delivery is taking longer than normal due to circumstances out of our control. Please allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery.
